| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
| I forgot my password. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |

| When will my order ship? | |
| We will ship out your order Monday to Friday within 48 hours. If your order is out of stock we will ship out your order as soon as stock arrived. For all handmade and personalised items usually take 7 to 10 days after your confirmation but sometimes may take longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Jewellery only orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and Recorded -- normally take 2-3 working days to deliver, delivery times cannot guarantee by Royal Mail, sometime may up to 15 WORKING days to deliver. Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard and Recorded -- usually take 4-6 working days to deliver, delivery times cannot guarantee by Royal Mail, sometime may up to 15 WORKING days to deliver. Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day -- guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK. All other orders are normally sent using a courier service (e.g. City Link, TNT, My Hermes). In certain circumstances delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. Standard UK delivery usually take 3 to 5 working days though it is possible that the goods may arrive earlier. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and be treated as if they were placed on the Monday.
