However, if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, please notify us immediately and return your item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Refunds are exclude postage. Please return the product with original packaging including the envelope and any free gifts, do not re-use the original envelope (must be keep the envelop as it is). Please return your items via recorded delivery. Items not returned in the original packaging will be subject to a 30% reduction in the refund price. Return item's P&P costs are to be paid by the sender. We do not exchange or refund any personalised items. For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings.
